Christopher Jerome, B.Sc., B.Vet.Med., Ph.D., M.R.C.V.S.
Chris trained as a veterinary pathologist and in his research career has focused primarily on translational research in osteoporosis drug development. Recently, he has been more involved in bone safety issues, and in orthopedics and arthritis studies.
He has a strong ability to interpret and explain experimental bone data, coupled with deep expertise and troubleshooting skills in bone evaluation technology (biomarkers, densitometry, imaging, histology and histomorphometry), statistics, IT, and laboratory management/GLP.
His 15+ years in contract research and his entrepreneurial experience ensure a customer focus, emphasis on clear and prompt communication and reporting, and an understanding of key concerns underlying business decisions.
